2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are typically processed within 3-4business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends/public holidays).

     

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

     

  • During periods of high order volume or unavoidable delays, processing may take longer in such cases, we will inform you via email or message.
  • Shipping times may vary since we work with 3rd party delivery vendors.

     

3. Shipping Method & Delivery Estimate (Domestic)

  • We offer Standard Shipping only.

     

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch (after processing).

     

  • We charge a standard shipping of Rs. 300 below order of Rs. 2999/- and free shipping on orders above Rs. 2999/-

     

4. Shipping Cost & Charges

  • Shipping cost depends on destination, weight/size of product, and any ongoing offers. The exact shipping cost will be shown at checkout.

     

  • If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we are not responsible for delivery delays or failure.

     

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a notification (email or WhatsApp/SMS whichever you opted for) with tracking information.

     

  • Use the tracking details to follow your shipment’s progress via the courier’s tracking portal.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments / Transit-Damage Policy

  • If your package arrives damaged, broken, or is lost in transit — please contact us within 2–3 days of delivery (or expected delivery, for missing shipments), providing your order number and photographic evidence of damage or non-delivery.

     

  • On verification, we will provide a 100% replacement (as per our Return/Replacement Policy).

     

7. Shipping Restrictions & Special Cases

  • We may refuse shipping to certain addresses or regions if delivery is not feasible (remote/unserviceable areas, PO-boxes, restricted zones, etc.).

     

  • For large, bulky or fragile items — special packaging or handling may be required; we will inform you before dispatch if any extra charges apply.
