Where do you deliver?

For now we only deliver in Mumbai, but you can get in touch with us to find out if we cover your city.

How can I check my order status?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp message with your tracking link so you can follow the delivery progress in real time.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Because each print is made specially for you, we cannot modify or cancel the order once it is placed.

What does “unframed” or “rolled” mean?

Unframed or rolled prints are delivered safely rolled in a tube, without a frame. You can easily frame them locally as per your style and décor.

Can I send Jindd prints as gifts?

Yes, our prints make beautiful personalised gifts. We can include a special message upon request.

Where are your prints made?

Every Jindd print is designed, printed, and packaged in Mumbai, with utmost care and attention to detail.

Can you turn a low resolution image to a high resolution image for custom prints?

With the help of advanced softwares and our design team, we can enhance images to a certain level. However, it is always recommended to have a high resolution image for best results.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take to receive my order?

Production usually takes 2–4 working days for rolled prints and 4–6 working days for framed or mounted art. Shipping time depends on your city but typically takes 3–6 days across India. However, shipping time may vary.

How will my artwork be packed?

Rolled prints are protected with tissue and butter paper, then packed in sturdy tubes.

Framed or mounted prints are wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in reinforced boxes to ensure safe delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

For international delivery, please contact our team for customised logistics support.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets. Cash on Delivery may be available on select orders, please contact our team to know more.

I am unable to pay online. What can I do?

Sometimes payments fail due to temporary bank or server issues. Please wait a few minutes and try again. If the issue continues, contact us at info@jindd.in and we’ll help resolve it quickly.

Returns & Replacements

Can I return or exchange a product?

Since each print is custom-made, exchange or return is not applicable.

What happens if my artwork is damaged in transit?

If your item is damaged during shipping, we’ll gladly replace or reprint it once verified.

Can I request a custom design or size?

Yes! We can customise designs, sizes, and materials to suit your interiors. Get in touch with us to help understand your requirements better.

What is a “gallery wrap” canvas?

A gallery wrap is when the printed canvas is stretched around the sides of a wooden frame, creating a ready-to-hang artwork with a sleek, frameless look.

What kind of frames do you use?

We use premium-quality wooden frames

Will framed art come ready to hang?

Yes, all framed or stretched canvas pieces are delivered ready to hang with hooks attached at the back.

Care & Maintenance

How should I handle and care for my prints?
  • Avoid touching the printed surface directly.
  • Keep art away from direct sunlight, moisture, and extreme temperatures.
  • Dust gently using a clean, dry cloth.
  • Rolled prints should be flattened and framed soon after delivery for best results.
How long will the colours last?

Our prints are made with the best quality inks, ensuring your artwork remains vibrant for years with proper care.
