Thank you for shopping with Jindd. We value your satisfaction. Please note that by placing an order on https://jindd.in (the “Website”), you agree that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges — except if the item you receive arrives broken or damaged during transit.

2. All Sales Final — No Refunds or Returns

  • Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, the sale is considered final.

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges for any products unless covered by the exception described below.

  • This applies to physical goods, digital products, and services unless explicitly indicated otherwise at purchase.

3. Exception: Broken / Damaged Items During Transport 100% Replacement

If you receive an item that is broken, damaged, or defective on arrival (due to shipping or delivery), please contact us within 1 day of delivery with the following information:

  • Your order number / invoice number

     

  • Photos (or videos, if possible) clearly showing the damage or defect, including the packaging/parcel condition on delivery

If we confirm that the damage occurred during transport — not due to user error — we will issue a 100% replacement at no extra charge.

4. How to Claim Replacement

  • Notify us immediately on receipt of such broken/damaged items via email: info.jindd@gmail.com or call +91 99209 92600.

  • Provide order details and photographic evidence of damage (item + outer parcel + packaging).

  • On our confirmation, we will ship a replacement at no extra cost.

5. Buyer’s Responsibility Before Purchase

Because most sales are final:

  • Please review product descriptions, specifications, sizes, images carefully before ordering.

     

  • If in doubt, you may contact us for clarification before placing the order.

6. Acknowledgement of Policy

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this “No Refund / No Return (All Sales Final)” policy — except for the replacement exception for items broken or damaged during shipping.
